Our founder and director, grew up in the spiritual city of Varanasi, not just with a love for sports but with a fire in his heart to live them. A swimming champion in his early years and an all-rounder in various sports, Abinash dreamt of turning his passion into purpose. But like many young Indians, he was forced to take a different route—due to financial hardships, lack of proper guidance, and the burden of responsibilities. He entered the IT world and spent over a decade there, learning the ropes of technology and leadership. But deep down, his heart never left the field.

At NB Sports, she leads operations, training, and development to make the platform seamless, efficient, and impactful.
